As the Videographer / Video Editor at Aaron Sansoni Group, you will be the personal content creator for one of Australia’s Top 100 Rich Listers and work alongside Australia’s #1 entrepreneur. You’ll be capturing behind-the-scenes moments, educational content, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms. Your work will shape how millions engage with the Aaron Sansoni brand. We are seeking someone who can do more than just press record. You’ll be responsible for both filming and editing high-energy, platform-optimised video content. The role blends creativity, technical skill, and entrepreneurial awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Filming
- Shadow Aaron Sansoni, capturing personal, lifestyle, and educational content.
- Record and edit day-in-the-life vlogs, behind-the-scenes footage, and entrepreneurial storytelling.
- Film content specifically optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Prompt relevant, real-time questions to capture market-relevant perspectives.
- Travel interstate (up to 10 days/month) and work flexible hours, including mornings/evenings.
- Capture content from national and international events, workshops, and business sessions.
Video Editing & Post Production
- Edit engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid advertising.
- Repurpose long-form footage into short-form social clips (e.g., reels, snippets, trailers).
- Add captions, subtitles, effects, and overlays that enhance clarity and storytelling.
- Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand style across all content.
- File Handling & Workflow Optimisation
- Maintain an organised video folder structure and asset library.
- Label and store footage efficiently for seamless transition to marketing and editing teams.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders about what was captured and what should be prioritised in edits.
- Maintain backups and implement redundancy measures.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Social Media Strategist to align content with campaigns.
- Contribute original content ideas and social-first angles.
- Help shape the visual direction of the Aaron Sansoni brand.
Ideal Experience & Attributes:
- A strong portfolio of videography and editing work, ideally for digital and entrepreneurial brands.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – preferably someone who has freelanced or started their own production venture.
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
- Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and sound capture.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and what performs well.
- Fast, adaptable, creative, and solutions-focused.
- Highly organised and deadline-driven.
