About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Float Driver with a current MC Licence to join our Transport Team, operating across multiple project sites throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area. This role involves the safe and efficient transport of materials, equipment, and machinery, supporting site operations to ensure the smooth delivery and collection of goods in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MC-class trucks and float trucks to transport equipment and materials across Perth metro sites.
• Perform daily pre-start checks, maintenance inspections, and defect reporting.
• Adhere to NHVR regulations, heavy vehicle laws, and company transport policies.
• Ensure loads are secured correctly in line with load restraint standards.
• Liaise with logistics and site teams for efficient delivery coordination.
• Accurately complete paperwork including delivery dockets and timesheets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Current and valid MC (Multi-Combination) Driver’s Licence – Essential
• Fatigue Management Accreditation – Essential
• Construction White Card – Desirable
• Load Restraint Certification – Desirable
• Demonstrated experience operating MC trucks and floats
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
