Our thriving warehouses (we have 5 in total!) are seeking Picker & Packers, to play a pivotal role in the smooth-running of our warehouse operations. The Picker & Packer roles will be on a casual basis, with the view to become permanent. The warehouse we are hiring is located in Truganina and Derrimut.
You need your own transport to get to this warehouse.
Your Role:
- Identifying stock and picking and packing products
- Receiving and dispatching products for incoming orders
- Lifting products up to 25kgs
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and high standards of service are maintained at all times while complying with our OH&S policies
- Our warehouses operate during the day shift from 8am to 4pm. Your availability is required from Monday to Wednesday as a must, with occasional need for availability on Thursday or Friday based on workload
To be successful, you must have:
- Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team environment
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a commitment to safe work practices
- Fluent English both in Written and Verbal
- Experiences in warehouse practice is highly desirable but we will provide training on our processes
- Currently hold Australian working rights
- Reliable – you will work in a team that depends on you
