As always, your feedback has been our guiding light and has led to significant product enhancements in 2023. Here are a few of our favourites:

• Enhanced localisation for leave management in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UK.
• 360 reviews and exit interviews joined our suite of evaluation tools, offering deeper insights into team dynamics and growth.
• The recruitment module got a substantial upgrade with customisable email notifications, easy-to-use screening question templates, and seamless calendar integrations.
• Bulk document issuance and the advanced template editor simplified many of your processes, turning tedious tasks into a breeze.
• Building new integrations with Square, Slack, Gmail, Outlook and Calendly to streamline your tech stack.
• New to our lineup was the compensation manager, a tool that emerged from your direct feedback and designed to simplify compensation planning, making it easier for you to complete pay review cycles.
• The overall look and feel of the platform’s navigation got a much needed refresh, making it even more intuitive and easy to use.

Our Series F funding: fueling our future

In October, we secured $AUD263 million in funding led by TCV. This investment is a testament to our vision, enabling us to double down on our mission — to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. The next focus for us is building AI capability to become a fully autonomous solution for SMEs around the world to manage employment effortlessly.

Hero Foundation

In the midst of all of this growth, we launched the Hero Foundation — a not-for-profit organisation striving to facilitate employment for 1 million people from underprivileged communities over the next decade. It’s part of our 20 year-long mission to make employment easier and more rewarding for everyone. And we’re just getting started.
