About the Role
Picker & Packer – Night Shift
📍 Cannonvale | 💼 Full-Time | 🔒 Stable & Consistent
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable team member with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working Sunday through to Thursday, 10:00pm – 06:00am.
What You’ll Do:
- Unloading and Loading Milk Trucks.
- Staging Milk Pallets and breaking them down to accurately count and pick Milk Orders.
- Accurately handpicking orders from Freezer, Chiller, and Dry warehouse zones using our Voice Picking Warehouse Management System.
- Stacking products correctly on pallets – training provided to ensure proper handling.
- Wrapping pallets and preparing them for truck loading.
- Assisting with stocktaking and replenishment.
- General warehouse duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking local candidates available for an immediate start who are looking for long-term employment in a supportive and growing team.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights for this position and working here doesn’t count towards your 88 Days.
Kay Qualities Include:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not essential – we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail & good communication skills.
- A forklift license is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a team.
- Knowledge of food is beneficial but not a must.
- Basic math and computer skills.
