About the Role

The Social Media Lead drives social channel strategy, social content strategy, and the delivery of social content, activities and projects for Vorwerk Australia & New Zealand. Working across our suite of brands, this role informs and leverages the quarterly marketing plan, and maximises brand partnerships, influencers and affiliates. The Social Media Lead is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement across social projects.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content strategy
• Proven experience growing engaged online communities
• Experience building and executing multi-channel social strategies
• Strong track record of creating high-performing organic and paid content
• Experience managing content calendars aligned to campaign priorities
• Skilled in short-form video strategy (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience briefing and directing creative (video, photography, design)
• Strong understanding of analytics, reporting and optimisation
