About the role

The Digital Campaign Lead drives our paid media and eCommerce strategy for Vorwerk Australia & New Zealand. Working across our suite of brands, this role plans and delivers high-impact campaigns, brings new products to market, optimises paid performance, and accelerates online sales through smart, data-led execution.

About You

You’ll thrive in this position if you have:

  • 4+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns, including Meta and Google
  • 2+ years executing eCommerce campaigns including sales and product launches
  • Experience extracting and interpreting data from web analytics platforms. Eg Google Analytics, Salesforce, Shopify
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively, including delegation, in a task management tool. Eg, Monday.com
  • Shopify Plus experience
  • Creative development for digital channels, including paid media. Familiarity with editorial guidelines and assets requirements
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic and analytical skills
  • Can work in a team
  • Can manage multiple priorities effectively in a task management tool. Eg, Monday.com
  • Ability to delegate while maintaining ownership of outcomes
  • Can translate data into a relevant story for campaign analysis and recommendations
