About the role

The Consultant Marketing Lead is a responsible for energising and engaging our Consultant network across Vorwerk Australia and New Zealand. This role sets the engagement and communication strategy, aligning every message, incentive and campaign to sales priorities and driving clear action in Field. From incentive programs to major events, this role turns strategy into momentum — creating cohesive, inspiring experiences that excite, convert and keep our Consultants moving.

About you

You’ll thrive in this position if you have:

  • Qualifications in marketing, communications or related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years marketing experience in a similar role
  • Experience in campaign planning and implementation
  • A creative mindset with an eye for developing presentation to bring creative ideas to life
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Field engagement experience working closely with a sales force and understanding activity, recruitment and recognition drivers
  • Experience leading networks through change while maintaining engagement and momentum
