We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Head of Education Services to lead the strategic direction, growth and performance of our education portfolio. This pivotal leadership role will steer the design, implementation and continuous strengthening of True’s education services to operate to the highest standards of excellence and compliance.
About the role
The successful candidate will set the strategic vision for education services, ensuring they remain innovative, high-quality, evidence-informed, culturally safe, financially viable and aligned with organisational objectives and emerging sector needs.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Education Services will grow the education stream by fostering strategic partnerships, leverage technology integration and focus on workforce development. You will have strong leadership, communication, decision making, and financial management skills which are critical for managing employees, resources and the overall service effectively.
We are seeking an accomplished senior leader with:
- A tertiary qualification and/or post-graduate qualification in education, public health, or related discipline and/or
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading a complex education or training portfolio within health, education or community services sectors.
- Proven experience in driving sustainable growth across programs, partnerships and revenue channels
- Strong financial, operational and governance capability
- Highly developed ability to use data, evaluation and evidence to inform strategic planning, and impact
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment

You are a strategic, forward-thinking leader with the ability to translate vision into action. You combine strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of the education sector and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes.
