Business Analyst

Summary:

The Business Analyst in the Internet and New Media industry will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing and implementing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to drive successful project outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and write functional requirements documents to clearly define project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Review system architecture and design to ensure alignment with identified business requirements.
• Identify and quantify business process improvement opportunities and areas for cost savings.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet established requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
• Manage project risks and issues to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
