Remote Conveyancer – NSW (onshore applicants only)

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate Conveyancer to join our supportive and energetic team.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish

• Conduct thorough contract reviews

• Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online

• Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders

• Maintain accurate files and databases

• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience as conveyancer

• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proven experience using PEXA settlements and OSR

• Commitment to delivering exceptional service

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• A positive and pro-active team attitude
