Your Role:
As a Conveyancer at SLK Lawyers, you will be working closely with a key partner who specialises in cutting-edge digital conveyancing solutions for home buyers and sellers. This exciting role involves handling legal work for this partner, focusing on providing a seamless and tech-forward experience for clients in property transactions.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead & Manage: Oversee a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters with expertise and efficiency.
• Advise & Guide: Review and advise on Contracts of Sale, and navigate all facets of property transactions.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide clear, strategic advice to clients and prepare essential settlement, land registry, and PEXA documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced Professional: 2-5 years of Vic conveyancing experience (working across multi-jurisdictions is a high advantage).
• Tech-Savvy: Embrace technology and innovation with a knack for adapting to new processes.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work with support from an efficient team.
