Qualifications:

  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the education sector.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
