We are on the lookout for an experienced Compliance Co Ordinator to join our high performing team
supporting our Operations team. We work as part of a fast paced compliance driven environment where safety, reliability and operational excellence are key to our ongoing success. You’ll improve processes and work closely with our internal teams to strengthen our compliance culture, whilst ensuring that our operational areas are able to deliver the work required.
Your Key Responsibilities will include
- Coordinating accreditation activities and supporting audit processes
- Maintain compliance frameworks, registers and controlled documents to ensure our team are
site ready
- Conduct internal checks and support corrective actions
- Tracking regulatory requirements and advising stakeholders
- Preparing compliance reports and providing updates as required
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in compliance, quality or accreditation coordination (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability and interest to understand relevant legislation and compliance requirements
