About the role
- Hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available
- Full time (flexible work arrangements available)
- Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
- $74,123 – $78,341 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Program Support Officer works to support multiple teams to deliver internal and external facing activities. This includes program support, quality assurance and supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning functions. You will assist with the implementation and automation of systems and processes, support enquiries and event management across the directorate, and assisting with the admin of training facilitators.
About you
You will have experience establishing and setting up systems and processes to support program delivery, including but not limited to scheduling (events and personnel), coordination of face-to-face activities including managing logistics associated with venues and catering, administrative process and systems, resource allocation, and creating processes (automated where possible) to implement policies and protocols. You will also have a passion and interest in gender equality and the prevention of violence against women with previous exposure to the NFP sector in Australia. Experience and familiarity in the use of Asana and Smartsheet is highly desirable.
