The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Executive & Operational Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and leadership team. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, commercially
focused business, offering broad exposure across executive administration, acquisitions, transactions and stakeholder coordination.
What You’ll be Doing
Executive & Operational Support
- Provide direct, high-level executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage diaries, meeting schedules, travel itineraries, and correspondence.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and board-ready documentation.
- Coordinate leadership priorities and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
Acquisitions, Transactions & Development Support
- Support acquisition due diligence and transaction coordination.
- Prepare Letters of Interest, reports, and distil financial summaries.
- Liaise with agents, consultants, and finance teams to ensure seamless documentation and reporting.
Client, Stakeholder & Corporate Support
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team.
- Support portfolio-wide strategic initiatives driving efficiency and first-class service delivery.
- Maintain strong professional relationships that enhance collaboration and business outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professional maturity, sound commercial judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision and discretion. You will be confident operating across a broad remit and comfortable supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive support or business operations
- Background in property, funds management or professional services (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva, Cirrus8 or CPG Office (training provided)
- Exceptional written communication, formatting and presentation standards
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Professional maturity, discretion and strong problem-solving capability
- Current driver’s licence
