Position Title: Creative Strategist

Someone who can take a new business model, product concept, subscription idea, service offering or
community play and make it real. Visually. Creatively. Commercially.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution. You’ll partner closely with the Strategy & Innovation Director to develop new revenue-driving concepts and then lead the creative ideation and content execution that brings them to life in the real world.
You’ll think big. But you’ll also roll your sleeves up and build it.

What You’ll Deliver
New Business Concepts -Made Real
Work alongside the Strategy & Innovation Director to ideate, shape and visually articulate new business
models from subscription concepts to digital tools, in-store services, education platforms or community-
led initiatives.
Creative Direction for Innovation
Define the look, tone and storytelling approach for new products and initiatives ensuring they align to our NP Way and are built for real Australian life.
Content That Converts
Create and oversee compelling content (visual, written, video, digital) that explains new concepts simply and powerfully, making them easy to understand and irresistible to try.
Go-to-Market Creative Execution
Partner cross-functionally to ensure launches are cohesive, commercially sound and creatively strong
across digital, in-store and partner environments.
Consumer-Led Ideation
Champion the voice of our customer in every idea. If it doesn’t make her life easier, better or more confident, we don’t do it.
What You’ll Do
1. Creative Innovation Development
• Translate strategic ideas into tangible creative concepts.
• Develop mood boards, messaging pillars, visual frameworks and storytelling angles.
• Build MVP creative assets to test new concepts quickly and efficiently.• Prototype new customer-facing experiences (digital, physical, content-based).
2. Content Creation & Direction
• Create high-quality content (written, visual or video) particularly in early-stage launches.
• Direct external creatives where scale is required.
• Ensure all innovation-led initiatives reflect the Napoleon Perdis tone: confident, grounded, real, playful with purpose.
3. Go-To-Market & Execution
• Work closely with Product, Ecommerce, Partner and Marketing.
• Shape launch narratives and creative toolkits.
• Ensure consistency across owned, partner and in-store environments.
• Maintain clarity: simple messages that land.
4. Test, Learn, Refine
• Launch small. Test fast. Improve quickly.
• Use customer feedback, engagement metrics and commercial data to refine ideas.
• Iterate creative execution without ego.
Who You Are
You are:
• Creatively strong and commercially aware.
• Obsessed with the consumer – you think about her real life.
• Able to work autonomously but energised by collaboration.
• Comfortable building from scratch.
• Calm in ambiguity.
• A doer, not just a thinker.
You have:
• 5+ years in creative strategy, content, brand, innovation or concept development roles.
• Strong visual and storytelling instincts.
• Demonstrated experience launching new ideas, products or initiatives.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, lifestyle or digitally-led brands preferred.
• A growth mindset – you see possibility, not problems.
• High ownership and high standards.
