Why This Role?
Due to ongoing growth in our Business and Taxation Advisory division, we are seeking a confident, collaborative, and commercially minded Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. This is a genuine pathway opportunity for the right person to become Associate Director within 1–2 years.
You’ll do more than manage compliance — you’ll drive forward-thinking solutions across cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and strategic advisory services that help our clients grow with clarity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a growing team of professionals across business services and advisory
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory outcomes
- Identify business improvement opportunities and deliver strategic projects
- Coach and develop team members, fostering high performance and accountability
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors on firm-wide strategic initiatives
- Support innovation and process improvement across client and internal systems
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering true client value through advisory.
- Public practice experience (minimum 7+ years)
- Proven team leadership and people management capability
- Strong technical grounding in business services and tax
- Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
- Commercially astute and advisory-driven mindset
- CA/CPA qualified
- SMSF knowledge (desirable but not essential)
