Responsibilities:

• Conduct tree assessments to determine health and safety
• Perform tree pruning and shaping to promote healthy growth
• Safely remove trees that pose a risk to property or public safety
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws and chippers
• Provide advice to clients on tree care and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in arboriculture or horticulture
• Proven experience as a Tree Surgeon or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of tree species and their care requirements
• Ability to operate tree care equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various job sites
