About the role
As a Technician, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end servicing and repairs, playing a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and part replacements per Audi guidelines.
- Ensure quality work in reassembling, testing, and cleaning repairs.
- Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness and create work lists for certification.
- Supervise apprentices and maintain a tidy, organised workshop.
- Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged and stored.
- Identify problems and evaluate solutions based on available information.
- Communicate with drivers to gather information and perform test drives if needed.
- Accurately complete vehicle details and requisition orders.
- Use electronic test equipment to diagnose malfunctions in vehicle systems.
- Oversee minor body or trim repairs and follow all OEM and JMG guidelines.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Graduated from a certificate or diploma level in Light Vehicle Mechanical technology.
- Proven experience in fault finding using diagnostic knowledge and initiative.
- Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for motorcycles.
- Strong people skills and solid computer literacy.
- A valid Driver Llicense.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced workshop.
- A commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
