About the role
Working Monday to Friday, this is a hands-on role focused on the daily washing and preparation of service vehicles, combined with yard coordination and vehicle movements.
You will ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready for collection, while also supporting the team by keeping the yard organised, safe, and operating smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Washing and vacuuming service customer vehicles daily.
- Preparing vehicles for collection to a high presentation standard.
- Managing vehicle flow between the workshop, wash bay, and parking areas.
- Assisting with vehicle movements across the dealership.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the yard and wash bay.
- Supporting the service team with general yard hand duties.
- Parking and arranging vehicles efficiently to maximise space.
- Completing basic vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, positioning).
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- High standards of vehicle and yard presentation.
- An understanding of workplace safety and procedures.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles confidently.
- A current, valid driver’s license
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
