About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:15pm, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, coordinating service and repair work with the workshop, and providing clear communication throughout the process.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with monthly performance incentives and quarterly customer satisfaction bonuses, recognising both individual contribution and customer experience outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from arrival to collection.
  • Explain recommended work, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.
  • Liaise with technicians and coordinate repairs to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Order parts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the day.
  • Prepare repair orders, job cards, and invoices with strong attention to detail.
  • Help uphold BMW standards and deliver a premium after-sales experience.

About you

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Proven Service Advisor experience in a premium or high-volume dealership (essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confidence using dealership management systems and digital tools.
  • A calm, professional approach and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today.
