Northern Honda & Geely Epping, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is well organized, professional, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy dealership environment. You will play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams while delivering a welcoming front-of-house experience. We are specifically seeking an engaging, energetic, and personable individual who can enhance the showroom presence and set a positive tone for the dealership.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

About the role
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our dealership. You’ll be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience while providing administrative support to the wider team. This role suits someone who is organized, friendly, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage general customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area.
- Provide administrative support to the service, sales, and parts teams as required.
- Process basic paperwork and data entry.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day dealership operations as needed
About you
You’ll bring:
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using computers and basic administrative systems.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- Availability to work afternoon shifts Monday to Friday and one Saturday per fortnight.
