In this role, you’ll use your leadership and automotive sales expertise to drive new vehicle performance, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with BMW’s premium brand standards. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the wider dealership team.

About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our New Vehicles Sales team during an exciting period for the brand, with a number of new model launches on the horizon.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve strong performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee and manage the full new vehicle sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
Ensure the team consistently meets sales targets, KPIs, and conversion benchmarks.
Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with BMW’s premium brand expectations.
Monitor and manage sales processes, reporting, and dealership performance metrics.
Work collaboratively with finance, service, and dealership leadership to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Drive a positive, high-performance culture within the sales team.
Manage sales planning and budgets while maintaining strong attention to detail and process compliance.
Be available to work Saturdays, with an RDO during the week.
