IOR is looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our customer relationships across the Gold Coast. You’ll represent a values‑driven business known for reliability, innovation, and genuine partnership, helping customers access fuel solutions that keep their operations moving.
About the role
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, driving volume, revenue and gross margin performance
- Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through regular engagement, site visits and strategic account reviews
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across existing and emerging accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline activity and forecasting to support confident commercial planning
About You
You’re a natural relationship‑builder who takes pride in understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that genuinely help their business. You’re proactive, organised, and confident managing a territory while providing exceptional service.
- Extensive experience in business development roles, exceeding sales targets, preferably within a related industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and plans
- Demonstrated ability in achieving sales targets and growth
- Ability to work collaboratively both in a team environment and as a self-starter
- Strong CRM and relation business management IT skills e.g. Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite
