Role Purpose

The CTA Receptionist will play a critical role in increasing consultation and Carpal Tunnel procedure rates by proactively engaging with patients and supporting them through the booking process. The role is designed to:

• Deliver a measurable uplift in consultation and procedure conversions.

• Integrate smoothly with existing clinical and administrative staff.

• Provide insights and weekly reporting to support ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and receive inbound enquiries.

• Assist the Patient Liaison Officer day to day

– Manage patient follow-up for consultations and procedures, starting with Carpal Tunnel Australia (CTA) leads.

• Assist with systems set up as necessary.

• Progress to post-consult closing for Carpal Tunnel Assessments, and CTA post-consult closing.

• Provide weekly reporting on consultation and procedure conversions.

• Share patient insights with the Practice Manager to support service improvements.

• Contribute to a patient-centred, professional, and supportive clinic environment.
