About the Role
We’re recruiting Occupational Therapists at all levels from Graduate, Associate to Senior to join our collaborative team. This is a flexible, community-based role where you’ll be supported to grow in the direction that suits you best.
As a Community Occupational Therapist, you’ll:
- Conduct in-home occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Develop personalised treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life
- Recommend adaptive equipment, modifications, and assistive technology
- Collaborate with clients, carers, and our multidisciplinary team
- Mentor or support junior clinicians if aligned with experience level
What You’ll Need
We welcome applications from OTs across the experience spectrum, we care more about your heart and mindset than ticking every box. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- AHPRA registration and a degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 1 year of experience in a community, disability or aged care setting
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A growth mindset and a commitment to quality care
- A current driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and professional indemnity insurance
- Full working rights in Australia
