ABOUT THE ROLE
- Take to the skies during your workday.
- Open to both entry-level and senior clinicians (depending on experience).
- Sustainable productivity targets at 60%, with incentives kicking in from 50%.
- Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast-track your growth.
- Weekly structured supervision and mentoring included.
- Choose permanent part-time (1–3 days a week), full-time (4 days a week), or a 6/12-month contract.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration or eligibility for registration with SPA
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children / Working With Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
