Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Solution Specialist with deep expertise in implementing Microsoft Business Central within warehousing environments. You will lead ERP projects for customers whose operations rely on stock control, logistics and warehouse workflows.
This role is ideal for:
- Experienced BC consultants with a warehousing and inventory focus.
- Candidates with deep end-user experience implementing warehousing or logistics software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Central implementations with a focus on inventory, warehousing, and supply chain modules
- Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Configure and customise BC to meet customer needs, especially in logistics, and warehouse management
- Provide training and support to end users and internal teams
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Support pre-sales activities including product demos and solution design
- Stay current with BC updates and industry trends
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience in training delivery and documentation
Desirable:
- Prior consulting experience or project management in ERP implementations
- Technical knowledge of BC’s Supply Chain Management modules
- Familiarity with Jet Reports, Power BI, Continia, or similar tools
