Food Service Staff

Century Venues is seeking a Kitchen hand to work at the Comedy Store in the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park.

Must be available on nights and weekend, hours can range between 15 and 30 hours per week, depending on availability and event programming.

This opportunity is perfect for someone looking for additional hours or seeking to learn how to operate a kitchen independently.

Duties will include:

– Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and cool room

– Unpacking and portioning food deliveries

– Preparation and basic cooking of antipasti style food items

– Contribute creatively to seasonal menu changes

Required:

– NSW Food Handler Basic training

Preferred but not essential:

– NSW Food Safety Supervisor training

– RSA
