The Lane Group is a well-established, privately owned multi-franchise motor vehicle dealership proudly based in Mandurah. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our front-line team.

The Role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. You’ll manage the end-to-end service experience, from bookings to handover – ensuring a professional, transparent and efficient process every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and build lasting relationships
  • Schedule and confirm service and repair bookings
  • Accurately open job cards and prepare repair orders
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure jobs are clearly understood and completed on time
  • Communicate progress updates and recommend additional repairs when required
  • Prepare quotes and final invoices; explain work completed to customers
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in full compliance with dealership procedures
  • Assess if repairs or concerns may be warrantable and communicate accordingly
  • Support high levels of CSI and contribute to departmental KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology (Titan DMS preferred)
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Understanding of warranty eligibility
  • High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Current WA driver’s licence
