Food And Beverage Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our award winning Bar and Provedore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions with both customers and our employees are of the highest standard. Responsibilities:

• Champion a culture of workplace safety, equipping your team with the knowledge and tools needed to excel securely.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary.
• Provide efficient and client centric customer service and speedy handling of on-line orders.
• Prioritise customer feedback follow- up
• Nurture Blacksmiths team’s growth through training and fostering their potential to exceed expectations and thrive.
• Skilfully manage labour schedules, rosters and tasks, maximising efficiency while upholding quality standards
• Support impactful training programs, helping your team members reach their peak performance and advance in their role

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
