About The Role:

Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager as our Medical Receptionist, you are the face of our clinic. You will:

  • Provide Exceptional Care: Ensure every patient feels valued, heard, and cared for during their visit
  • Support Our Practitioners: Work closely with our clinical team to ensure the seamless delivery of care
  • Administrative Coordination: Support the smooth running of the clinic by overseeing billings, appointments, and patient enquiries through our Genie Solutions platform
  • Curate a Welcoming Space: Take pride in a professional, welcoming reception and waiting area.

What You Bring:

  • Availability to work 7.6-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Availability to work the occasional Saturday shift
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Proven experience in creating positive, professional interactions in a team environment
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Genie Solutions or similar EHR software (highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration is a plus
