Ben Furney Flour Mills & Sarah Jane Fine Foods is a family-owned flour mill and specialty foods distributor based in regional NSW. For over 30 years, we’ve supplied premium bread and cake premixes—and taken pride in doing it well.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly second team member to join our small retail outlet. By sharing three days each week, you’ll ensure smooth operations for packing products, cover holidays and rostered days off, and keep our store running at its best.
Key details:
Schedule: 3 days/week (Tues–Thurs), 4 hours per shift.
Total hours: Up to 12 hrs/week
Casual pay & super: Paid Weekly
What You’ll Do
Bag flour and bread premixes with care and consistency
Keep product presentation fresh and tidy
Assist with light in-store customer greetings
Maintain stock levels and shelf appearance
Provide basic support to the manager and the broader team during peak times or absences, including flexibility to work additional days and hours.
Who You Are
Organised & reliable – you turn up on time and stay focused
Physically capable – comfortable standing and lifting (up to 12.5kg)
Easy-going team player – communicates openly and helps others
Flexible availability – able to work three school-day shifts, perfect for parents of school-aged children, or Uni Students with a flexible roster
