NIGHT SHIFT – Food Process Worker

Summary: Join our team as a Production Process Worker on the night shift (10pm-6am, Monday to Friday). This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring strict adherence to both Work Health Safety and Food Safety and Quality standards. Whilst commencing as Casual, there is opportunity to quickly move into a regular 5 shifts per week roster. Responsibilities include: – Maintain a clean and safe working environment – Follow production processes to ensure food safety & quality standards are met – Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor – Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products – Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets – Operate machinery and equipment in the production line (depending on skills & experience). Qualifications: – Previous experience in a food manufacturing role is preferred – Must be available to work night shift (10pm – 6am) – Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality – Good communication skills and ability to work in a team – Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
