What you’ll be working on

As a Technical Solutions Analyst within our Services team, you will play a key role in shaping technology solutions that help customers modernise their workplaces and get more value from their IT environments.

Working closely with Sales, engineering teams, and technology partners, you will bring technical insight to customer conversations, helping design practical and scalable ICT solutions that align with business outcomes. This role blends technical expertise, collaboration, and customer engagement — supporting solution design, contributing to proposals, and helping customers understand how technology can drive meaningful change.

Your work will include:

  • Partnering with Sales and internal teams to provide technical expertise throughout the solution design and sales process
  • Designing and articulating workplace modernisation and infrastructure solutions
  • Providing strategic guidance across technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows environments, identity management, networking, storage, and security
  • Supporting customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions
  • Working with engineering teams and vendors to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and deliverable
  • Contributing to RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Identifying new opportunities and ideas for services or solutions that deliver value for customers Collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes that reflect our values of Win Together and Own the Outcome

You are someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and translating complex technology into clear solutions. You’re comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bring curiosity and initiative when exploring new technologies.

You enjoy working in environments where people share ideas, support each other, and focus on delivering real outcomes for customers.

You likely bring experience such as:

Essential

  • Strong experience in pre-sales, systems administration, solution architecture, or technical consulting
  • Broad exposure across enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows desktop and server environments, networking and infrastructure platforms, storage, backup, and data protection solutions
  • Familiarity with cyber security frameworks such as ASD Essential Eight or NIST
  • Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to customers and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple activities, and collaborate across teams

Desirable

  • Vendor certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Infrastructure certifications
  • Experience supporting solution demonstrations or technical presentations
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market customer environments
