About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal & Health Support – assisting with daily living, medication, and specialized care (hoisting, bowel care, catheter)
• Daily Living Assistance – meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.
• Community Engagement – supporting clients to access social and community activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Exceptional English-speaking skills
• Experience working with Traumatic Brain Injury clients is preferred
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
• A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
• Willingness to learn Complex Care
