About the role
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Onsite Brand Specialist to join Akura in a full-time role primarily based in our Rhodes office. This exciting opportunity will see you travel across NSW to visit our live construction sites, capturing the heart of Akura through photos, videos and storytelling. You will be responsible for content capture and creation, delivering people-focused imagery and digital content that meets marketing specifications, while ensuring all site presence aligns with brand guidelines, including signage installation and site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Presence and Site Presentation
- Establish new construction sites with branding ie. Signage, banner mesh, site safety gear, marketing/sales kits
- Ensure all construction sites are consistently branded in alignment with Akura branding guidelines with regular visits
- Ensure branding materials are installed promptly and maintained to professional standards
- Support Site managers by helping maintain a clean and tidy site environment (eg. Rubbish disposal into onsite bins, sweeping and lawn maintenance)
Content Creation for Marketing
- Capture regular onsite content using photography, video and drone footage to document project process and milestones
- Provide consistent, high-quality imagery and video for use across Akura’s digital channels
- Capture people-focused content to support storytelling, recruitment and digital brand identity
- Work closely with the Digital Specialist to meet content specifications and deadlines
Other
- Update HubSpot data daily as part of site visit workflows ensuring complete and accurate information
- Follow established Akura processes including: Site Safety Procedures, Handover processes via Procore
About You
You have an interest in content creation and social media management, with photography, videography and drone capabilities. You are an excellent communicator with a natural talent for storytelling, able to craft engaging content that resonates with audiences. Creative, proactive and self-motivated, you thrive working independently while managing multiple priorities and are willing to travel frequently between sites across Sydney and regional NSW – Akura will provide you with a company ute as part of your package.
