About the Role
In this senior role, you will:
- Lead AVS’s strategic planning frameworks and develop an agreed roadmap for developing our next corporate strategy.
- Manage priority cross‑organisational strategic projects.
- Oversee corporate reporting, including AVS’s Annual Reports.
- Produce compelling case studies and strategic narratives.
- Develop industry-focused research programs in collaboration with Agriculture Victoria.
- Provide strategic analysis and advice to the Executive and Board. Support effective governance, stakeholder engagement and service provider management.
About You
You bring:
- Experience in strategy, policy, corporate planning or organisational improvement (government, research or science commercialisation contexts ideal).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including strategic writing.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in public policy, business, economics, agriculture, science or related field.
