As our new Space Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face of our space, assisting members and visitors, covering reception, completing admin tasks, responding to enquiries and ensuring every member’s experience is a great one.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling both front of house responsibilities and administrative duties. With all levels of experience considered, this role could be perfect for someone ready to transition from a retail or hospitality role looking for a change in career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily space set up
  • Reception cover
  • Restock kitchen goodies throughout the day and keep the coffee flowing
  • Provide administrative support
  • Take phone calls and direct messages
  • Set up and pack down of meetings
  • Organise mail and parcels
  • Onboard new members and book meeting rooms
  • Be the go-to person for members, helping create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Occasional errand running
  • Organise catering for member events
  • Help create a sense of community by assisting with social events
  • Occasional cover at our other ACT sites

Is This You?

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially hospitality or retail is a plus
  • Comfortable moving around the space on your feet throughout the day
  • Professional and positive demeanour
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Hands-on approach to tasks
