We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Officer to join our Education Services team. This vital role will provide administrative and coordination support across our clinical training, schools and multiculture , and community projects.
What You’ll Do
As our Administration Officer – Education Services, you will:
• Support the delivery of education and training programs by coordinating event logistics, managing participant registrations and providing high-level customer service.
• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and support course participants with queries and tracking progress.
• Maintain internal systems and records, coordinate course evaluation summaries and distribute certifications.
• Assist with training room setup and provide administrative support for team meetings, bookings, and print resources.
• Manage email correspondence, maintain registers and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
• Proven experience in administrative support within a training, education, or service delivery environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Confidence with ICT systems, including MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• A collaborative, motivated attitude with the ability to contribute to a positive, respectful team culture.
