MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne is the world’s largest MONOPOLY attraction—an immersive experience of games and themed entertainment. We’re seeking a talented Pastry Chef to lead the production of our desserts and pastries, working set shifts on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, with the potential for a weekend shift. The café serves both attraction guests and walk-ins, extending into our Games Room for events, parties, and school visits. This senior role involves consistent execution of our pastry menu, coaching junior team members—including a Le Cordon Bleu intern—and contributing to menu development and innovation. You’ll ensure compliance with food safety standards and collaborate with café, kitchen, and operations teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Key success measures include quality, sell-through, guest satisfaction, and minimal wastage. Reporting to the Chef de Partie, you’ll help shape our evolving food offering.

Must have skills and experience:

  • Grade 6 qualifications in Pastry within the Amusement, events & recreation award
  • Food handling and food safety compliance
  • People management skills advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative and creative
