About the role

We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Communications team and take the lead on executing smart, data-backed digital strategies that fuel growth. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance, automation, and making measurable impact.

You’ll be the go-to person for digital execution across campaigns, automation flows, email marketing, and SEO. HubSpot experience is a strong advantage, as you’ll help build out scalable, effective campaigns that drive lead gen, engagement, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, web, SEO & paid)
  • Optimise automation workflows and lead nurture sequences via HubSpot
  • Report on campaign performance and use insights to improve ROI
  • Support always-on lead generation efforts across Australia and New Zealand
  • Enhance Medifab’s online presence and user experience across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role, preferably in B2B or healthcare
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools
  • Proficient in campaign reporting, SEO best practice, and analytics
  • Tech-savvy mindset, quick to learn tools and improve workflows
  • A performance-driven approach, with a balance of creative and analytical thinking
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills and comfortable working cross-functionally
