About the Role

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our national team and play a key role in driving high-performance, promoting culture, and delivering a meaningful employee experience. As part of a respected, collaborative HR team, you’ll work closely with Principals and Managers in Victoria to embed best-practice people strategies and deliver on core HR initiatives. Your approach will be human, commercial, and outcomes focused. You will:

  • Partner with leaders to drive high-performance and provide coaching through performance and development challenges.
  • Lead and support key programs including performance reviews, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for graduate and experienced roles.
  • Deliver strategic and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Contribute to HR projects and support the delivery of our broader people strategy.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract giving you the opportunity to join a people-focused team where connection, trust, and professional growth are valued.

About You

You’re a confident, people-first HR professional with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. You have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment (or similar).
  • A strong understanding of contemporary HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and genuine passion for people development.
