And we’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Paid Media Manager to join our buzzing (and flourishing) Paid Media team!

As a Senior Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership of your clients’ portfolio and their paid media campaigns from start to finish (strategy, implementation, leading client relationships) through paid search to paid social.

Building trust through channel and digital strategy expertise, your clients will rely on you to assist in strategic recommendations, as well as expect the turnaround of media plans and forecasting.

You know what is required to achieve strong results in paid media for your clients, and are able to effectively communicate with internal teams to brief and execute on the requirements.

Day to day you’ll:

  • Work through a team of execs and juniors to execute campaigns for our clients
  • Make commercial sense of the data and pull it all together.
  • Work closely with the senior members of the team to develop the department and continually improve the department’s services.
  • Strategise with clients to develop their total paid media strategy and advise on where they should be investing.
  • Analyse campaigns performance and construct actionable recommendations
  • Ability to construct meaningful plans / road maps to achieve clients goals in the paid media space.
  • Producing forecasts
  • Uncover insights from campaigns performance and data trends
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices by collaborating with the team internally and attending key industry events.
  • Client communication – Be in direct contact with your portfolio and help others within our team develop their communication skills.
  • Work alongside talented people on multichannel campaigns and make a difference to our clients.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 Years’ experience in similar role (preferably agency experience).
  • Hands on and implementation experience is a must
  • Solid strategic ability
  • Paid Social and Paid Search (Google/Bing) expertise is a must, programmatic desirable
  • Management experience of PPC Executives and juniors– able to achieve quality through others
  • Advanced data and analytical skills (GA4)
  • A track record of developing, implementing and optimizing cost effective and high-performing paid search strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • the ability to problem solve and think quickly on their feet
  • Strong time & project management skills.
  • the ability to embed themselves into a collaborative and thriving team environment
