Since 2013 I’m In the Right has shown strong growth serving over 75,000 not at fault customers with replacement vehicles across the country.

About the role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager is responsible for the growth and utilisation of our accident replacement fleet. This is achieved through managing existing accounts, developing new accounts, building rapport and generating industry partner loyalty.

The role also entails identifying prospects and converting leads. The successful person must also maintain strong links with our Operational personnel required for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Networking and driving new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing relationships

• Identify new opportunities for growth

• Achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Actively support and grow industry partners within your sales zone

• Develop existing and new customers within the automotive repairs industry

• Championing the customer internally

• Fostering great long-term working relationships with industry partners

Skills and Experience

• Exceptional customer focus with a positive and passionate attitude

• Proven ability to operate independently

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

• The ability to negotiate and influence

• Strong teamwork and collaboration

• The ability to plan and manage time effectively

• Embraces change and is emotionally intelligent

• A high level of professionalism and personal presentation

• Basic MS Office and CRM skills

• Automotive Repair industry is knowledge will be an advantage, however not essential
