We are seeking an experienced Co-Agent / Property Consultant to join the Hooper Team. Based at our Stirling office and working directly alongside Arabella Hooper one of our Elite agents and her tight knit, passionate team. This is a rare opportunity to learn from the best, whilst working with the most innovative training and infrastructure that we provide to our sales team at Harris.

As a Co-Agent, you will be part of the team success by:

• Providing superior customer service
• Attending open inspections and on-site property inspections
• Responding to buyer enquiries
• Nurturing the vendors and buyers through the selling process
• Prospecting, listing, and selling property
• Continually growing your skills through the many resources and training opportunities we provide our agents

The candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate / Property Consultant is essential
• Previous experience in prospecting, listing and selling property
• Sound negotiating and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• A willingness to learn and desire to grow as a real estate agent
• Cert 4 in Property Services and a current Real Estate Licence
• Experience with Agent Box is desirable
