The Opportunity
This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Victoria’s CDS operations. As a Team leader, you’ll manage a small, dedicated team responsible for sorting and processing recyclable beverage containers. You’ll also contribute to the growth and development of this new and impactful initiative.
In this role, you will:
- Lead by example, motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient coordination and achievement of targets.
- Drive safety, quality, and cost-efficiency while resolving operational challenges.
- Foster a culture of growth, engagement, and continuous improvement within your team.

Proven Leadership Skills: Experience in managing or supervising teams.
