Customer Service Representative (Driver) Casual

Your new role

• Drive vehicles to customers.
• Use GPS apps to plan the best route.
• Be up to date on traffic conditions.
• Collect vehicles from customers.
• Clean vehicles inside and out within specified timeframes
• Complete all iPad customer forms.
• Customer service car handover
• Providing a customer with a clean car is a key part of our service promise, and so is getting the car to them on time

What you’ll need to succeed

• Current Driver’s License
• Passion and pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Professional and well-presented
• Clear communicator with good organizational skills
• Works collaboratively as part of a team
• Required level of physical fitness to drive and wash cars.
• While experience with cars is not essential, bringing a high level of customer service to the role
