Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team, located in Cardup. Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Accounts Payable / Receivable Data Entry
• Matching purchase orders
• Ad hoc data entry
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Processing of invoices
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate reporting
• Answering incoming phone calls.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable / receivable role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Confident with Microsoft (outlook, word, excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
